OK this one is gonna be brief...
But we feel so lucky that the cops of Boonton keep us safe from the depressing ice cream truck.
See, the ice cream truck at the Boonton Fireworks has the most depressing song in the world.
It sounds like something that would have been played in Poland after World War II.
Fortunately, the cops jumped in to order ice cream... which prevented the truck from starting up again, and playing its Dementor song.
